Refund and Return Policy

At Mahroc Europe, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your upcycled and handcrafted designer bag, you may be eligible for a refund or return in accordance with the terms outlined below.
2. Returns

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Timeframe: You have 14 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return.

Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at anildorukhan@gmail.com with your order number and details of the product you wish to return. We will provide you with instructions on how to send your item back to us.

Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
3. Refunds

Processing Time: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
